Who is responsible

The controller is Julius Bieliauskas, a self-employed photographer in Lithuania trading as BIELI.VISUALS (individual activity certificate No. 1423052). For privacy matters, contact studio@bielivisuals.lt.

Your enquiries

When you email me, I process your email address, your name if provided, message content and other information you choose to send. I use this information to reply and discuss photography services.

Service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence may rely on the legitimate interest in responding and managing correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)), taking your rights into account.

Correspondence about enquiries that do not result in a booking is retained for one year after the last correspondence. It is then deleted, unless retention is necessary for a specific legal obligation or dispute, and only for as long as that purpose requires. Records of booked services and accounting documents have separate retention periods appropriate to their purpose and applicable legal obligations.

You provide information voluntarily. Without contact details or information needed for your enquiry, I may be unable to respond.

Website operation

The website code uses no browser analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or browser local storage. There is no contact form or automated decision-making. Photographs are served by this website and fonts come from your device.

The email link opens your email application. Message data is sent when you choose to send an email.

The hosting provider, Hostinger, processes technical access and error logs that may include IP addresses, request times, requested addresses and browser information. These support operation, troubleshooting and security, based on the legitimate interest in maintaining those functions. Log scope and retention depend on the hosting service used; details applicable to your visit can be requested using the contact above.

Service providers

Hostinger provides hosting and email services. Data may be accessible to processors and their suppliers as necessary to provide those services. The Hostinger Data Processing Agreement applies. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate legal safeguards apply, including standard contractual clauses where required. Enquiry data is not used for newsletters or advertising audiences.

Photographs and your rights

If you recognise yourself in a photograph and have questions about the use of your likeness, contact studio@bielivisuals.lt. Requests are assessed according to their circumstances and applicable rights.

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing, or receive portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
